Advice: is this 145.022 a redial?

Hi wise heads and experienced eyes of the forum…before I make (another) expensive mistake could you advise if you see anything off with this dial?

Movement serial checks out to a 1970 145.022-69 pre moon and i understand this era did have lume that aged green rather than the pumpkin.

I'm not seeing any obvious reason to assume a relume based on that photo, although the lume has retracted from many of the plots in a way that isn't super appealing. That will be a matter of taste and price, obviously. If you are suspicious of the seller for some reason, you might also ask for macro photos of the lume and UV shots.
