Adjusting hours issue

Sorry for not using watch terminology

Usually when i adjust my omega sea master professional to change the date, i just pull the crown one click and then the hour arrow jumps a full 1 hour each time. Today while changing it stopped jumping and just moves smoothly as if i pull the crown 2 clicks. Just the difference is that the seconds keep moving with the one click but not with the 2 clicks.
What to do?

There is a separate wheel (modified from the date wheel mechanism on most watches) that allows the 1-hour hand increments. If it is not working, it has either broken or has slipped out of alignment. Don’t know how old the watch is - if it is still under warranty, then this will be fixed under warranty. If not, then it will need to be serviced.

If the gear is broken or too worn, you will start to notice the hour hand slipping and not keeping accurate time.

its The 9900 on The seamaster co axial chrono

Doesn’t really matter which movement it is, the fault is the same on any of the movements that have this feature. The pertinent questions is if it is still under warranty or not?

in any case, this won’t fix itself and a service (either under warranty or not) is required.
