Adding Micro-Adjustments on Vintage Omega

So I have a vintage Omega that adjusting the links leaves the watch either too big or too small. Any options? No micro adjustments. A buddy put a piece of electrical tape on the back of the watch that works good for him but I am hoping for something a bit more permamant? Any ideas are appreciated!

Can you post a picture of the bracelet you are working with? Most vintage brackets allow fir micro adjustment in the clasp (but you have to use a tool to make the adjustment).

if the clasp does not allow that, then half-links may be available. But we can’t help without knowing exactly what bracelet/clasp combo you have.
