hi all

Have added to my small collection but not allowed to wear it until July! It is a gift for my 20th wedding anniversary (July 19th) from my other half and something I have wanted for a while. We bought today to beat the 8 to 12 percent price increase coming in the UK in Jan. Two OB team members from two shops have told me that HQ is unhappy with the price they are selling the watches at in the UK so the price rise is inevitable.

Anyway, very happy with the purchase and looking forward to July. During the visit to the OB today I also had a look at the new moonphase watches but my heart was set on this one. I didn't go for the sapphire version as side by side with this one I preferred the look of the none sapphire.

In her defence I bought her a ring from Tiffanys today and I am holding that "Hostage" until the same date. May wait until Jan and then negotiate a prisoner swap. 馃榾

No way you will make it till July! Said before but my partner has bought me a speedy for christmas, we bought it about 5 weeks a go and I have one week left to wait! Still under the tree

Are you at least allowed to play with the accessory toys that come in the Big Black Box? Loupe, bracelet tool, Velcro strap paperweight?

Why not observe the "holiday" today and be done with it? 馃榾

Just like how we observe Christmas on Monday if it falls on a Sunday (and give everyone the Monday off)?

I bought this DeVille as a Christmas present for Bond Girl in July (that's when it was available...I didn't hesitate). She found it and has been rotating it since September. You'd think she likes her watches? You think her husband can stop her? ;-)

Pure will power. I don't own any other Omega's like this gentleman so has been even harder. At least he can switch between multiple nice watches while he waits!
