A watch with unusual lugs - tell me?

Good morning everyone!

I came across a Longines watch with such interesting strap brackets on the trading platform. They are not working, the seller could not open the case. The size is 30 mm without the head. I did not find similar options on the Internet. Is it worth showing interest, what could be an adequate price? Is this a men's or women's model?
Thanks in advance!

I’d pass.
Even if original the damage on the dial and small size means it’s not worth much.
From a style view point it’s a hybrid, dial and movement may have been swaped,
and not worth the risk IMO.

It’s a man’s watch, I’ve seen a few of these cases but usually with more «modern » dials- in this particular instance the gold color furniture and the notch between 2 and 3 would give me concerns about potential marriage.

Thank you very much, I didn't notice the stain on the dial right away. I think the crown should also be steel colored, not gold. The hands seem shorter than they should be. They really aren't worth the $90 the seller wants for them.

Neat case and dial design. I agree that the hour/minute hands are too short, and the crown is either not correct or extremely worn. I also agree with @Syrte that 30 mm suggests that it is a men's watch, though probably not worth pursuing given the condition. If anything, the value is in the dial on its own, though a stain and possible scratches would detract from its value.
