This is a job for Archer. I don’t think
Sorry, but I'll be busy with this one:

A Speedmaster of a customer of mine. He was wearing this when a German Shepherd bit him - you can see where a tooth has damaged the dial after puncturing the crystal. The bracelet snapped and that allowed him to get his hand free, but he didn't come out of it unscathed - I will save you all the picture he sent me of the underside of his wrist...in case anyone is squeamish...

I'm afraid that AT is toast.
If that dog had done that kind of damage to my Speedy, it would have been his last meal.

I have a watch that suffered a similar fate when it was owned by the previous owner. It is a 1933 J W Benson (English) Tavannes in a 9-karat gold case. The watch had belonged to this fellow’s father who gave him the watch when he emigrated. The previous owner had a Samoyed dog who loved candies wrapped in gold foil. One day, the owner left the watch on a coffee table. The Samoyed mistook the watch for a foil wrapped candy, and crunch! Took out the crystal and hands, and badly bent the soft gold back. Nothing was done to repair the damage, until the owner gave the Tavannes to me, about 35-years ago. Here it is today.

Bit of polish will have that running right as rain again, the watch that is not Mr Harrisons plane I suspect that will need re-certifying before Indy gets to go on another mission

My 12lb Yorkie got picked up and shaken like a rag doll by a German Sheppard off leash while my wife was walking him (she had him on leash). Punctures on both sides and 4 broken ribs in the 3 seconds before she could get him out of the Sheppard’s mouth.
People always point at Pit Bulls (which I have owned) as lethal animals, they are kittens compared to Sheppard’s.
Some serious power in those jaws.

Some of the strongest dogs are among the most gentle. Here’s a photo of our 120 pound Old English Sheepdog (shaved down for the summer) with my then 3 year old daughter. He was a gentle giant, but could snap a ham bone in half with those jaws.
