Hi All,

Up for sale is a very beautiful vintage Girard Perregaux chronograph, with the Universal Geneve 285 movement which runs flawlessly and is in excellent condition. It was serviced by its previous owner which I do not have the associated paperwork.

The case is clean and in good shape, it measures 35mm and 37mm with the crown. The chamfer on the pushers are still very crisp. The caseback is engraved with the phrase “Mike Miller, Outstanding Service, Oregon Shipbuilding”. A quick google would yield the Oregon Shipbuilding Corporation was a shipyard that built nearly 600 Liberty and Victory ships between 1941 and 1945 under the Emergency Shipbuilding program. The shipyard was closed
after the war ended. It is most likely that is when Mr. Miller received this watch. There is very slight pitting on the surface of the caseback, please refer to picture below. It is minimal nonetheless need to be pointed out.

I am asking $2300 net to me for the watch head only. Bank wire or Paypal acceptable. Shipping to CONUS is included, international buyer will pay for shipping of their choice. Please consider the pictures as part of the description and feel free to PM me if you have any questions. All sales are final unless item is not as described in this posting.

Thank you for looking and thank you OF for this space!
