Good catch, Movement is cal 285 this should put your watch at around 35mm.

Left subregister hand is wrong, it should look like the right one with no tail. Replacement is super hard to find but you can try to get your watch maker to take out the tail gently on the left one.

“Telesport” is probably a broadcast company or perhaps a short lived promotional name of some sort

The watch Dating is per the below serial number table dates it to 1945

Thanks that’s great. So for the sub dial, it should be without the tail and also the point?

Slightly different watch but hopefully close enough to show you how sub hands should look

Ah yes I see the difference. Appreciate the help. Only other issue I seem to be having is the chronograph feature gets stuck when it reaches 59 seconds

Well for that you will need a full service. You will need to find a good vintage watchmaker and have the UG talk with him.

Reviving this thread - here's a 124146 that I recently picked up also bearing the Telesport text. A few other threads on the topic out there, but no concrete conclusion...

Another thread revival, first time i recall seeing TELESPORT mentioned in a vintage UG advertisement.
The ad also mentions the watch is insured if you break it whilst playing sport... unsure if that is specifically referring to TELESPORT or not.

Well, if they offered it for the Climate Proof models then it's not really surprising that they went bust.
