It's called a bark finish. This was probably done by a jeweler and not Omega.

Look up bark finish Rolex and you will find plenty of examples of this finish.

I google for bark finish OMEGA, I found that Rolex DD or DJ with bark finish is common, But OMEGA is rare.
Maybe is not suit for the style of OMEGA? XD

I also think that the bark finish is a jeweller's upgrade, because this is the first example I have seen in the thousands of Constellations I have looked at. Otherwise the watch looks original and probably early 1970s - nice to have the 18k gold pie pan dial. In my opinion the bark finish does not add value, but actually detracts, as most collectors prefer watches to be as they came from the factory. Even the Rolexes that came factory finished with the bark texture seem not be be as popular as their contemporary cleanskin brothers.

As for your buckle, we need more detailed images of the stamps.

A profile pic and markings will make identifying the buckle quite easily. At a glance I don’t recall seeing a thin font omega symbol or markings on all 4 corners as yours has

I also like the original factory mode more then factory finished. But I still feel so lucky to meet this watch. XD

I hope can meet an original one in future.

Interesting post and replies. What’s with the “OM Swiss“ at the bottom of the dial? Not a mark I’m used to seeing.

OM is the sign used to denote a solid 18k gold dial. Not common, but not rare either.

OM means gold dial
in french “Or Massif”
