If you have a lot of experience, please refrain from answering until the newbies have had a chance!

This superficially attractive chronograph is currently at auction on eBay:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/225265338526?hash=item3472dc489e:g:7M8AAOSwbEFjfhZ~

The question is: how can one be certain that the watch is not fully original?

I posted this because the particular issue that I refer to is seen now and then, and can easily be missed. But once you are aware of it, you will likely never miss it again.

"SWISS" on the other picture?

No - the issue can easily be discerned from the single photo that I posted above.

The largest concentric circles are not parallel. Distance between them at 12 longer than at 6

Double printing of blue circle ?

No - what I refer to is - once you are aware of it - much less subtle!

The indices on the black scale do not line up with the indices on the blue scale.

If the dial originally had luminous indices, the hands, for obvious reasons, must also minimally be the type that were designed to hold lume.

Thanks for playing, and I hope that it proves useful to some readers in the future!

That was fun Tony!
