Please know I’m not trashing them. They were awesome and I was never upset/angry about my purchase. Just bummed it didn’t work out. However, they were absolutely fantastic. I’d be happy to purchase from them in the future and know that I’m safe. I did a ton of research on them prior to purchasing and read numerous blog posts from other sources that all eluded to them servicing everything without outright saying “they service everything.” Everything I read led me to believe their watch makers serviced every watch before listing but that’s just not the case. That’s not to say that every watch from them will need one or turn out to be an unfortunate purchase like mine... but if it’s an older watch that someone is interested in and it isn’t explicitly listed as being serviced in the description, I would budget for a servicing on top of the purchase price.
edited to add: despite the watch having issues I still enjoyed my experience with them. Their prices are higher but they are a dealer with overhead and part of that price is their guarantee. With how fantastic their customer service is, I’ll always recommend them. I’d just advise still being smart about the purchase and ask them questions.
