A little help with this constellation ;)

Is it a rosegold model? Does my eyes got broken from looking at catalogues so much?
Does this looks like a 168004?
I have searched for this watch in catalogues but i only found it in black and white pic from 66 and one in yellow gold with BA 168 5004 ref from 67.
It does look a bit polished, maby it got to the point that it changed colour. Can u guys plz help me before i loose my mind.

Likely a 168.004 as you suggest.
(BTW a 168.5004 is an English-cased watch - which makes sense as 67 is quite late for an.004)

It’s often difficult to be sure about the colour of a case from photos.
- the hands and OMEGA look like rose gold.
So chances are it is rose but the pics are a poor colour rendition for the case.
Nice clean looking dial but the case is heavily polished - to the point where no facets remain on the lugs or bezel.

Agree with Peemacgee’s assessment. It’s a shame that it’s overpolished because it has a nice dial. I believe that the crown is a replacement and not correct.,
