What @Archer is referring to was also ‘popular’ in my neck of the woods back when I was a young miscreant. Perhaps it’s a Canadian (or northern states?) thing as chilly late-October nights means a bitch of a time cleaning that sh*t off windows.

I think it might be of a certain era as well...

In my neck of the woods, anyone who suffers from getting TP'd would quickly become rich beyond comprehension if they were smart enough to pull down and reroll the TP, and go sell it out of their trunk in the parking lot of Giant or Safeway supermarkets.
