A few questions about a new “used” watch I purchased from eBay

I purchased this Omega from eBay just recently. Although it went through the authentication office, I’m still skeptical and checking to make sure it’s not a franken watch or fake. The authentication office emailed about its aftermarket band, which because of its wear, I was going to replace anyways.

How would I check to make sure that the 18 K Rose Gold is authentic?

I found the original picture of this watch from the official Omega site. It does not list the year that this was made. Is there a website that I can use and enter the serial number, and find out more information on this watch? The seller did not include any of the certification cards.

I’m attaching the original along with the photos of my watch. Can anybody figure out what the additional markings or blemishes are on the back of the watch? The serial number is cleared out by me but there is a 750 to the left of it as well as some markings that look like they might have an omega symbol. Is this common for omega watches to have the stamps or do you think that this was something that previous owner did?

Is this something that I should take to a reputable watchmaker to check out or should I trust the eBay authentication process?

You might try taking it to an Omega Boutique or AD. You're likely going the need to visit them to order a new strap anyway.

BTW I don't know why eBay thought the strap wasn't original.

Bring it to watchmaker to open and see whats inside- should be Omega quartz movement cal 5200 if its real. Get photos of movement and inside caseback. Its a womens watch. 750 means its 18k. Someone here will know more.

Yeah, strap looks original — just in horrible shape.
