·I have worked many Christmas days, that's one of the rare occasions you can take the power or the phones down to work on them. One year I was having some electrical work done and rearranging the server room. On arriving I found the entrance hall had its tiles taken up and a new colour was being laid. Turned out the new ones were not the correct colour and I got the blame because I was the only manager in the building 😲
No good deed goes unpunished....LOL
