Even if "only 2 known to exist", this is in gold PN territory...

I wasn't aware this reference came in a white gold case. Bezel, yes.

Even so, the price is astonishing. Perhaps there was some tiger blood involved.

If there are truly only two...the price makes more sense - not that vintage prices are sensible. There are many many many PN's out there.

The buy it now in the description doesn't match the one in the auction so they are willing to negotiate.... 😀

I know a wealthy watch baron in NJ who will pay at least $1.00 for it 😀

I've always loved the "one of only 2 known in Canada, the world.... the universe" lines...... I think it means they haven't looked very hard.

Once I went to see an early sixties BMW which was "one of only 2 in the country", you can imagine the sellers face when I pulled up his drive on that very same model (one of five I knew of locally.)

Did anyone notice that the buy it now in the description states $120,000? But the buy it now price on the actual auction is $135,000. Sounds to me like they've tried to sell this before, but this time threw a dart at the wall to get a price point.. "Ahh we'll just go with $135K this time, maybe some sucker will bite".. Ha what a bunch of crap.
