I acquired these links and end links at an auction. The seller is certain they are genuine as they come from an official Omega lab, he claims. However, I’ve never seen the “930” stamped in this way and also the shape of the holes for the pins is not like it should be. Any comment?
The end link may be genuine, but I am not sure what you mean about a lab? What you have there is 2 presumably genuine spare 1610 links with a 930 end link attached. They look OK to me but then they could be fakes of course. Check if the pins have collars.
Thanks for the reply (hey, As you can see in my avatar I still enjoy the PO you sold me some time ago!). I meant an Omega authorized service lab. This is a comparison with other 930 end links I found on the internet. The engraved numbers are much more clear. And they are not horizontal wrt the end link.
I did see and admire the 2201.50 in your Avatar but didn't realise it was my old one lol! I see what you mean about the slant on the lug slot, but I am fairly sure I have seen both kinds on genuine 930 end links. I've owned about 6 different watches with 1610 bracelets (I really love the SMP) and they do differ. Out of interest, what are you using the 1610/930 on yourself?
Actually I wasn’t supposed to buy these links. I made a very cheap offer at an auction. Glad to know they can be genuine! Many thanks.
They are genuine imo. I have had the same end links and the same spare links on Electric Blue from 2000. https://omegaforums.net/threads/seamaster-pro-diver-300m-2255-80-electric-blue.111359/ A few weeks ago I bought another Electric Blue and this time end links look like on the photo in your second post.
