路路Carpe horologium! Here, I have for sale my stainless steel, retro racing-style, Omega Dynamic.
The watch is all original, down to the crystal, crown and 2 straps, including the Omega buckle. Box/papers are not available, but I can provide the receipt from my watchmaker for the full service performed this past spring.
Please see all of the pictures, because they are integral to the watches description! I'll be happy to provide additional ones if needed.
The case measures 42.5mm across including crown, 41.3mm without. Lug to lug length is 36.5mm! In other words, most any size wrist can wear this one. Watch thickness including the domed acrylic Omega crystal is 11.1mm.
Case condition/wear I'd rate as very good; the pictures show the few small dings fairly well, but there are notable small scratches/dings on the bezel near the crystal at 7, 10, 11, and 12 positions. No corrosion, pitting, or aging issues. The case-back has visible the original etching: 'TOOL 10' and 'Waterproof', along with some dings/scratches; which brings us to the always necessary:
DISCLAIMER: PLEASE do NOT consider this watch waterproof! It is vintage, and there are no longer any guarantees as to water resistance of any kind.
Straps: They are specific to the style of the case, and fit around/under the screwdown case-back; thus, there is no need for lugs or spring-bars. Funky, retro, and cool 馃槑 !
The dial is where this baby really shines, with the racing track perimeter and black and orange markers, all in excellent condition. There's a speck between the 10 and 11 markers, and another tiny blemish just right of the '6'. The far outer edge, between 7 and 8, and again between 8 and 9 has an irregularity I've only ever seen under loupe and in photos.
The acrylic crystal is excellent with no cracks or scratches visible, and the very small Omega logo is seen etched in the center.
No photo of the movement, I forgot to have my watchmaker take one, but it's the automatic Omega caliber 565 with quick-set date, which advances one day with each crown push between position 2 and position 1 of the crown (i.e., all the way out, to half way out).
I always prefer a sale to a known OF member, esp. since this one has stayed in the forum for a long time (I'm at least the 3rd OF owner), but please inquire regardless of affiliations if you feel you must own this one!
Prefer cash in a face-to-face or wire transfer, but will gladly accept PayPal from friends/family here! All else, please provide good references, and PayPal will be fine.
Thanks for looking!
