7077 Bracelet Rabbit Hole

In my quest to find the "right" bracelet for my Speedmaster 2998, i have come across 2 bracelets that are weirdly different but consistent. In both of them, the non-logo side has the double spring links, but the logo side has the single, hard to adjust spring links.
My question-could this have been a sort of transition type of bracelet, or just a coincidence that two bracelets ended up with the same configuration? Guessing coincidence but thought I would ask

Looks like a franken bracelet. I can't see a date stamp to see whether or not it was originally a 7077 with double stretch links and short clasp (most likely) or as a 7077 transitional which had the single stretch links and short clasp. Either way it is now neither this nor that.

this is actually pictures of 2 different bracelets, thus my puzzlement. one is dated 3/60 the other one is dated 1/61. I just found it odd that there were 2 bracelets that had this combination...

Odd to find 2 like that, yes, but still both are incorrect.
