·Hello! I'm new to the forum and vintage Omegas. Looking at picking up a Seamaster 30 for dress watch duty, maybe going into the office-wear rotation (if working in an office ever becomes a normal thing again).
On the old ebizzle, I've found a ref. 135.007, but the seller notes that it's a restored dial. It's going for just under $800 USD, so my question is - is it worth it, or would I do well to make a slightly lower offer knowing it's not an untouched dial? The hands and crystal look like they've at least been touched, so wanted your thoughts on those as well. Also looks like the case has been polished?
Thank you! I wanted to attempt to do my due diligence and knowing that this watch seems to have undergone quite a bit of resto.
6 images follow. The seller had more, so let me know if you'd like me to pull more of them for your reference.
