I recently had this Omega Seamaster 30 Ref. 135.007-63 checked by a watchmaker and he said that the balance wheel needs replacing. He's been looking for the part locally but hasn't had any luck. I am based in the Philippines but have relatives in the US/Canada in case there are available parts and it can be shipped to them. Does anyone here know where I can find a balance complete (part 1327) for this cal 286 watch? I've been looking at eBay but they seem to be sold out all the time. Any leads would be helpful.
