To be honest.... I think I´ll be really excited when I finally get to try it on. And even more excited carrying it from the store. There have been plenty of pictures published in the thread and I´ll contribute to some more!

I can totally relate to this. When my AD called me yesterday, he was surprised that I wasn't more excited. But, he saw my excitement come to fruition when I finally had it properly sized and placed on my wrist.

Dude! You got it! Congratulations, Mark! Keep the photos coming!
St
Ask and you shall receive. I've noticed this beauty's dial really comes to life in the natural light:

Some fried shrimp at my favorite local seafood restaurant:

Once again, I simply cannot stop looking at my wrist when driving:

Enjoying a mocha at my favorite local coffee shop:

Once again, this piece is pure joy on the wrist. Granted, the lack of communication from Omega left a bad taste in my mouth with respect to the entire "experience." But, it's slowly going away the more I wear this superbly executed timepiece. I'm on the hunt now for a custom leather alligator strap and an Omega deployant or folding clasp.

That coffee looks almost as good as the watch.

On another forum, there was some concern regarding the thickness of modern Omega cases. I’ve would argue that it’s not only their thickness , but also how their casebacks “protrude” below the sides of the cases. I’ve tried on some Speedmasters and you would immediately notice an annoying deep gap between the bottom of the side of the piece and the top of my wrist. Yet, on others, they would sit fine on my wrist with no noticeable gap.

This was a concern I expressed with my AD when I ordered the watch. So, I had some anxiety regarding this. But, I must say I was pleasantly surprised and quite pleased:

Hopefully, these photos properly highlight and address any concerns regarding the side profile.

Got mine today.
Don't like the clasp.
Might try a vintage bracelet, in the mean time..

I don't want to call it faux, but more of an intentional styling choice. The watch would look odd with white lume.
'tis true 'tis true. It would look utterly bleh with white lume now that you phrase it that way! The overall design and package as a whole blends in and holds well together.

I Wonder it is possible to modify say a 1039 bracelet with endlinks that can fit the 19mm for this watch.

Why would you bother. Vintage bracelet is light and flimsy, and the end links will rattle around and likely damage the lugs on your new watch. Give it time and you'll get used to the excellent bracelet it came with.

I would like to know how I could fit the new bracelet to my 105.012? Maybe exchange or customize the end links? You who already have it, do you think that's possible?

I had a Seamaster on order at my OB but passed. Beautiful watches, no doubt, but the 'patina' of the lume just seemed off. I've stuck with my FOIS with no regrets - I wish every owner joy, but wish Omega had just been straight-up honest with superlume instead of the beigey-brown...
