Seeing all these 60th post make me not so patient anymore. My boutique seems to be the last stop for drop off. Or omega need to start pumping these out.

I feel the same way, buddy. I feel like I’m the last one to the party, and I paid for mine back in March (as many of us did).

Here’s a funny but true story - I put my name on a waiting list for a ceramic Daytona around the same time and I got it months ago. Speedmaster? Still not here.

Every cloud has a silver lining That will be quite a duo when your Speedy finally arrives. There won’t be many owners of both.

Very true. I’m still stoked to get it, just can’t believe it takes so long. Loving all these pics, in the meantime!

I put my name down for a Daytona C with a Rolex AD back in April 2016. Given up hope that I will ever get that watch through the AD channel.

Heh...I think this worked out for the best if you already got the Daytona. Congrats Dave.

Does anyone fancy a Speedmaster 60th anniversary at 17% off the retail price? I think it's in New York.

You might want to run to the phone 😁 Let us know if one of you gets it.
I don't think they actually have one yet because the ad says "Call us for availability".

At least this site is a little more forthcoming with the statement "Usually ships within 6 months".

Jomashop does this with limited editions all the time - say "call for availability" or "reserve" but then cancel your order once it becomes clear that they're not getting any grey-market pieces. They do this for the attention it brings them, so that maybe you'll buy one of the watches they do have.

I wouldn't hesitate to order from Jomashop, but I would only order when it's "in stock".

How would you remove the pin actually holding the links together with a light friction fit if there was only one screw?
Step 1: Remove on screw
Step 2: Orient the bracelet so that the side with the missing screw is facing down
Step 3: Move the two links back and forth
Step 4: Enjoy your pin in 2 seconds

Ordered a Speedy and a Seamaster from 2 different AD's and both came in a day apart! It was a good week!

I would be shocked if Joma ever actually got one. They put up a CK2998 while I was waiting for one and I mentioned it to my local AD. He then called his Omega Rep out of frustration because we had been waiting so long. A day later Joma removed the listing. They never had one.

I am so frustrated with Omega, I got a ceramic Daytona and Seadweller 43 quicker than this. Its unacceptable how long they are making us wait! I will probably get mine just before Basel 2018!

I know in a couple of places info was provided concerning colour of leather and nato straps speedmaster comes with. I just received both speedmaster and railmaster with identical straps - light beige nato and black leather. AD told me Omega replied all come with identical straps, just the trilogy set supposed to have a set of different colours each type of strap. Would appreciate opinion on that! Any official pictures released with straps visible?

I mailed Joma and told them that I would buy and pay for the Speedmaster within 24 hours if they could guarantee delivery within three (3) months. They answered that they could NOT guarantee. I think this tells it all...

Your AD might be wrong. As far as I know, this is how the 3557 LE's should come out of the box with the corresponding bracelet installed:

- Railmaster: black leather, beige nato
- Speedmaster: dark brown leather, grey nato
- Seamaster: light brown leather, brown nato

Trilogy Set from omega:
