I’m looking at buying my first vintage watch and have found two that I like.

The first is a Crosshair Dial 562 166.010 1969.

The second is a 565 166.002 1967 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/35465777...c8:g:jwYAAOSwFglkFecZ#SellerPresenceViewModel

Any thoughts on both of these and how much would be a fair price for either?

thanks in advance

These are both great references for a first vintage Omega. However, they aren’t hard to find in good condition, so I’d pass on both of those due to the spotting/ageing to the dials.

What sort of pricing do you think is reasonable for these models?

Depends. Serviced, un-serviced, bracelet, no bracelet, private, dealer?

Unserviced head only or generic leather strap £400-600.
Serviced with bracelet £800-1000.

The above are approximates for a nice watch in a private sale. Obviously a dealer will likely charge more.
Search eBay sold listings for more detail around price.

Thanks - that's very helpful. Ideally serviced and looking for one on a generic strap rather than on a bracelet.

Actually, £400, particularly for a 166.010 might be a bit low.
