·Yes I just found one that says it sold at auction as a seamaster. Not sure if that's true with no collection name on face. That being said it looks like it's all original which is nice.

·As it has been said, not all references are in the database - and in my experience that especially goes for these no-line Omegas.
Pictures aren’t great but my bet is that the dial is original and maybe also the crown. I like the watch and the combination of arabic numerals and straight indices. I would buy it at around 300 euro and under (in Denmark, where prices seem to be a bit higher than in the US).
