Hi, I'm new to the forum. I live in Türkiye. I just bought a watch and I'm trying to find out exactly what kind of watch it is. Is it fake?

why?

Pretty sure it's because this is a total fantasy watch made up of mismatched parts and faked engravings. But I'm no expert.

The basics.

Compare the condition of the movement to the rest of the watch.

Condition should be the opposite, the movement being protected in a waterproof case would be pristine, the exterior of the watch should show wear and tear, this case is still too crisp for a working watch of it's age.

I would suggest looking at least one or two Originals before buying your next vintage watch, or just buying a new watch from an authorized dealer.

To be clear, the movement is genuine but it’s been put in a completely fake case, dial, bezel hands etc.
