You can always get the conversation started by sharing your thought and concerns.

Ps- share pictures instead of links.

Don't have pictures of the actual watch, just what's in the ebay post.

And what's the big deal about posting links? Dsio posts ebay links every day of recommended watches.

That’s different. He isn’t trying to discuss potential purchases for research, but rather sharing those links for people to use and purchase as they are good deals. You are looking for feedback on a potential purchase. This forum is an archive of discussion. As mentioned above, links break and become useless. Should anyone in the future, interested in learning more about the reference number in your title, find this thread containing no pics and only a broken link that goes no where, what good would the discussion be if no one can see what exactly is being discussed?

And as I said before, you can always start the conversation by A. Sharing pics, and B. Sharing your thoughts, concerns, and anything else you want addressed.

I have been moaning about not posting pictures in the "please report fake/counterfeit items and seller" tread. I think that with pictures posted it would have been a better tool for spotting fakes, now the pictures disapper when the listing is taken down.

It is possible to post pictures from e-bay or other that dont use the jpeg format. Somethimes you have to copy the picture and paste them in a word doc and then save them as jpeg.

This is the watch in question:

Ok, here it is. Roughly 5k which seems in the ballpark for these. Has box but no cards.

You really can't compare this watch to the new meteorite edition, just completely different watches.

The 3576.50 appears to be reasonably priced but the pictures aren't great. No shot showing how many links in the bracelet so you don't know if it's full length. As always better plan for a complete service and have that in your calculation. After taxes and service you are north of $6k.

You could always put a WTB ad here and see what happens, you never know.

I was looking at these before the new ones came out. Bracelet length is not a huge deal, my wrist is very small, all but one comes out of my 3861 bracelets. As far as a WTB, Zman4eva won't sell his...Ebay has them authenticated by Stoll in Dayton, so it would be a safe bet to be real.

To perhaps clarify my original question, is this a desirable watch to many of us, or not? It's cool, but seems plain.

Me personally, I prefer these:

OMEGA Speedmaster 3520.50 Mark40 Cosmos Triple calendar Automatic

Similar but different.

Your question feels a bit like "what's your favorite color?"

Funny you say that because I have one like that, 3523.80 and it's my favorite.

If I recall about 10 years ago, I passed on the 3576 due to the flatness of the dial when side by side with the standard pro where the subdials are a bit sunken and also was going to be easier to live with as there’s no moon nor date to adjust.

Anyway still a nice reference if you can get your hands on a good one.
