33mm on an 8 inch wrist. Too small?

Been keeping this one wound and running for several days. Bought on a whim for next to nothing.
29.5mm not counting crown, which is obviously not the correct crown, and probably not the correct stem, for this watch. 37mm Lug to Lug.
Since it lacks a second hand I had not considered testing its accuracy, but I found it hasn't visibly gained or lost a second in three days.
I suspect this was a project watch restored from a battered wreck, the crystal is new and a deep scar on the bezel suggests the original had been smashed. That's probably when the second hand went MIA. Runs well, likely cleaned and lubed not long before I got it, and is more accurate than most new manual watches.
I put a 79 cent Chinese 16mm PU band on it and wore it a few times.
Only real problem is its way too thick for its diameter so it wobbles a bit on the wrist.
In good lighting the hands and applied markers are clean shiny gold.

I have a few 25mm Toneaus as well. I like the way these fit so well under a shirt cuff.
