·I do appreciate the genius of it though.
You effectively added a regulator screw like in the ye ol' movements without compromising the free-sprung mechanism.

That's nice... for Omega to regulate easier, but it's not a huge benefit for owners (the way si14 might be seen).
So the certificate for my CK 859 shows average daily chronometric precision at 1 second per day. I kinda hoped the new system would be nearer 0 per day.
Not even Quartz offers 0 per day 😗
0 to +5. So you have to be happy with 1 second a day
It ensures, among other specifications, that the movement offers a daily accuracy between 0 to +5 seconds and is resistant to magnetic fields up to 1.5 Tesla (15,000 gauss). Caliber 8926 houses a free-sprung balance with a silicon balance spring and uses two barrels mounted in series. Fully wound, this modern movement provides 72 hours of power reserve. Lastly, it is rhodium plated and decorated with arabesque Geneva stripes.
You got lucky my friend.
The new innovation is not for you.
The new innovation is for neurotic people like me, who complain about their Master Chronometer being +6s/day. And then have a complete mental breakdown when it becomes +7s/day when they reach out to scratch their butt crack with the left hand.
