The July 21, 2022 Russian & European EVA by the expedition 67 crew was the 251st EVA - Extra Vehicular Activity aka spacewalk outside the ISS - International Space Station.
Thursday, July 21, Russian cosmonaut Oleg Artemyev in the red-striped Orlan MKS N° 5 spacesuit wore a record of 4 different wristwatches strapped over his spacesuit. Two closely together on the lefthand forearm and one on his right forearm, with one partially tucked away under the righthand glove.
Colleague spacewalker, female Italian ESA astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti in the blue-striped Orlan MKS n° 4 spacesuit, wore an Omega Speedmaster on the lefthand and a quartz-movement "Orient" wrist watch on het righthand forearm. (Orient? identified in SWFG - Space Watches Facebook Group)

Moreover these watches were also worn higher up the forearm, where in the past a Speedmaster chronograph was even worn upon the chest of the Orlan space suit or closer onto the wrist over the gloves.
The goldish Kapton film on the straps makes these watches even stand out more. This Kapton polyimide film remains stable across a wide range of temperatures, from minus 270 to plus 400 degrees Celsius.
This time we can conclude these time pieces were surely taken on the spacewalk as future mementos to friends & family !

This spacewalk lasted 7 hours 5 minutes, so any quartz would work fine for such a duration.
Before we start dreaming... Bioceramic watches might be another question due to temperature fluctuations during an EVA, which can be about minus 200 degrees Celsius in the shadow or nightside, up to about plus 200 degrees Celsius exposed in bright Sunlight.

The orient? watch look to have a stepped dial / 3 register Chrono with date?
Would be interesting to know the model. It has some Speedy DNA from the photo.

Thus far this has been the last time an Omega Speedmaster chronograph was worn during a spacewalk...

October 25, 2023 ... Another interesting spacewalk... ISS EVA 268
Interesting for the lack of wrist watches worn as I didn't spot any watches near the wrists nor near the elbow joints of the Russian cosmonauts. 1f914.png
However I did spot a repair on the right elebow patch of the blue lined Orlan MKS n° 4 space suit worn by Nikolai Chub !
Looking forward to the next (Russian) EVA - spacewalk to see if wrist watches will be worn!

Interesting feedback via the SWFG - Space Watches Facebook Group:
The Omega Speedmaster X-33 worn by cosmonaut Oleg Artemyev during the August 17, 2022 spacewalk ( 4 hours 1 minutes ) survived the ordeal !

Thus far 12 different wrist watch brands have been used during EVA, recently some inexpensive Russian wrist watches but even the famous X-33 has been worn outside ISS.
Several space agency logo watches have been spotted (Roscosmos logo Konstantin Chaykin and an Energia logo watch with Russian Fed logo of the double headed eagle). We're still trying to identify a specific chronograph worn in September 2022 and May 2023...
Cosmonauts surely taking the opportunity to wear a maximum watches as space-flown souvenirs for family and friends!
