Do they still have warranty and from AD?

If you are asking about Watchco pieces, the answer would be no, since they were never made by Omega in the first place, and Watchco would not be considered an AD as far as I know.

For watches purchased at a proper AD I would say yes for the most part, but as noted I think it would depend on age.
