1979ish SEAMASTER QUARTZ

1979 ( I think ) Seamaster Quartz given me by my Father ( now deceased ) about 10 years ago.

He bought it New and works 100% been in a draw 10 years ( batt taken out ).

I don't use watches so it seems a waste, I have no idea what it is worth and does it have a solid 9 carat gold case?

I put a new leather strap on it but kept the old strap and don’t know if it was the one it came with no box or papers but I have the instruction manual. any help much appreciated

That's the first 70's quartz I've seen that doesn't look like it was soldered by a 2 year old 👍

I have the 18k version, nice little watch.
