Kane, welcome. All infos are inside your caseback. Take the reference number, Google it and see, if the same configuration comes up. Omega.com might list basic infos as well.
The crown isn't a crown in the normal sense, it has a push button in the middle to set the time. This is a low value model even when working, with any issues whatsoever it becomes more expensive to fix than it is worth. Pars for the 1342 are no longer readily available and fixes are not cheap. Don't go there.
Looks cosmetically OK, and seems to have been serviced fairly regularly. A watchmaker with an Omega account should be able to get a new crown -- Omega fitted a new crown to mine five or six years ago so they have stock. The Reference is 196.nnnn but we need better photographs to make out the 4 digits that say whether it's solid gold or, more likely, gold-plated.
Now the bad news: In these photos it is not running. A non-running plated model needing a check-over and at least one part is essentially valueless. There are watchmakers who will work on these but they are hard to find. Wanting to get my 1342 running again for sentimental reasons I bit the bullet and sent it to Omega at a cost of several hundred Cowrie Shells. YMMV on whether that is worth it to you.
