It looks like a reference 168.045, cal family 750 (most probably 751 as it's a chronometer), late 1960s or early 1970s, with an integrated bracelet. I would imagine it has a 18k gold bezel and inner bracelet links. You can probably discover more info on your own if you google search the reference.

Nice watch I must say. Is this a recent purchase, a family hairloom, or something you can share with us?

This model generally has two reference numbers. One for the watch without the bracelet and the other one for the combo:

The Ref. 368.0845 had either a steel bracelet with a white gold bezel or a two tone (plated) bracelet with a yellow gold bezel. Your watch is obviously the latter model.

More info here:

Hope this helps,

I'm not seeing that many examples for sale. A steel only model has sold on this forum back in 2018 for $875, which can serve as a reference. A two-tone like yours, but quite polished, is selling on eBay for $1,455. Realistically, I would imagine yours being in the $1,000 - 1,2000 range.

It's best to do your own homework, for this watch and future watches, as you can also learn in the process. Using the reference, you can search for "omega 168.045" and find two-tone watches like yours for sale in eBay, Chrono24, forums, etc. Check also completed listings in eBay to get an idea what prices were actually sold, not just what's being asked. Keep in mind that eBay and C24 prices are often inflated, both because of high fees, but also the sellers trying to squeeze every penny out of watches. Prices in forums are usually more realistic.

A very good buy @Travis4110 - congratulations.

@GuiltyGear What you say is good advice regarding prices on the various platforms.

However, whilst these watches have their fans it is a very small population amongst collectors.

Plus prices have softened ( especially for the more modern Constellations - just look at the C-case market, which are considerably more desirable) so I think anything above $1000 would be mighty optimistic IMHO.

The 2018 OF price would be a better top end bench mark as a guide.
