1969 Omega Seamaster black dial authenticity concerns

I'm interested in a 1969 Omega Seamaster with a black dial, however I'm not sure that the dial is authentic.

I see that the minute tracker is not perfectly aligned, therefore, this already seems like one red flag. Can anyone help me with clarifying the concerns about the particular dial?

This dial has been repainted. Like you said, the minute track is wonky. Also the font is wrong. S in Seamaster is a dead giveaway. Here are some legit examples:
