·Only thing I can add is that the hands look relumed with spare mint gum (at least that’s the color it reminds me of)

Regardless, I would look for a better specimen at a possibly slightly higher price. Dial condition, hand lume and wrong seconds hand make this one unattractive to me.

I don't recall seeing this style of dial ( indices) on a constellation but the script looks correct.
The minty lume on the hands and short seconds hand stood out immediately for me too.
The case is too shiny and the lugs a little soft.
Looks like possible discolouration around the edge of the dial.
These references are still not as desirable as earlier versions and long gone are the days of picking one of these Connies for a bargain price but there are lots of them still around and I think the asking price is too high for this example.
