What an amazing pile of shit.

This was a gold capped case and they have ground the gold off the lugs leaving it only on the sides of the case likely because it was worn on the edges of the lugs. That's an awful lot of work to turn a worn and tired case into the total piece of shit we see here.

As you correctly mentioned, it's too newish looking. The font and the minute markers are also applied sloppily. If you look at the pictures in the listing, you'll see that everything seems a bit wobbly.
