Before I got the watch, the crystal was cracked and the crown was missing so I replaced the crystal with an Omega one and replaced the stem and crown with the proper decagonal crown. Other than that, dial and hands are original. Hands look like they have been relumed in the past, but they can be better matched color-wise by a watchmaker. Watch runs fine but I did not check for accuracy, so it is sold as is. Comes on the strap shown and with an Omega buckle.
