Dear OF,

Up for your consideration is my ~1960s Exquisit.

I'll spare you of the obvious pun and call its condition 'excellent', instead 😉

Highlights of this watch are its condition, the attractively aged radium plots on the dial and the fancy case. I feel the gold tone is far closer to rose gold than yellow gold.

I believe this watch is of German make and not Swiss. Regardless, the build quality speaks for itself. It feels hefty in your palm and the screw-down caseback has a special safety mechanism.

The previous owner assured me this watch was serviced in 2020, but I hold no proof of that. I can say that the movement runs strong and accurately. The crown winds slightly heavy.

The angles on this case are no joke!

Sales specifics
Please note that I haven't always been as active on OF as I am today but that I can provide you with 25+ references from a Dutch watch forums, if desired; I use the same username there.

That was fast! I love seeing some of these bargain watches in our own FS section, and there is clearly demand as they tend to fly when priced right. Cool is cool, name on the dial doesn’t matter.

Thanks JW, I agree it's a great watch for the price. Design and quality speaks for itself.

I am happy to report it has been sold (& shipped by now).
Thanks OF!
