Up for sale is a nice waterproof steel Lemania 27CH chronograph. The two-tone dial has developed an attractive patina and the 35mm waterproof steel case is in nice condition. See below for full info, and don’t hesitate to message with questions.

Dial: Original, non-refinished dial features an attractive two tone design and very cool blued steel plume hands. The dial has developed a fairly heavy but pleasing patina. There’s some paint degradation on the outer edges.

Case: Original 35mm stainless steel case is in nice condition. It may have been lightly polished but the bevels remain clear. There’s some scratches and a very light etching of a number on the outside of the caseback (I didn’t see it until I took photos for this listing..).

Crown: The watch had an incorrect style crown when I received it, but I recently installed the more fitting one pictured.

Crystal: Crystal is free of scratches. Unclear if it’s the original given they weren’t originally signed.

Movement: Original 27ch three register chronograph movement runs, winds, and sets well, but service history is unknown so as with any unserviced watch, a service is recommended prior to regular use.

Strap: Comes on the 18mm leather strap pictured. The patina also looks great on a beads of rice bracelet, and I have a vintage Soviet BOR I can include for an extra $50.

Asking $2,250 (down from $2,500), or best offer, including US shipping (international shipping is also possible). Bank transfer/Wise (or similar) for payment. OF seller reviews are here. Returns are accepted if the watch is grossly misrepresented. Watch is located in the USA.

Between the dial fonts, the low serial number on the movement and the non-Incabloc regulator, I believe the manufacture date for this piece is closer to 1944-45 than 1950.

A gorgeous and rare piece. GLWS!
