1943 Military Deck / Pocket Watch Identification Help Plz

I've acquired this watch in a lot of crystal and china purchased from an estate. I'm a pretty good Googler but not finding any comps and my pay subscriptions aren't detailed enough. The watch is heading to a local Phoenix auction and I was hoping someone here could help further identify what I have here. Google isn't showing any with such a small movement, also one wheel on the outside.
The serial number reflects 1943 and has the elongated second hand. The two tone face is a bronze or golden color.
Thanks for any help
Daniel

Hi,
A very nice and unusual CK 1056, from around 1942. The only central second pocket watch by Omega from this period.
The caliber is a 23.4SC, developped for wristwatches, this is why it looks so small in a poceket watch.
It is in a very good condition and the dial looks original to me.
Here in a 1939 catalog :

Thank you, super helpful. What you've shown me and further image search I seem to find only Roman numeral markers. You mention this watch is unique, by chance is the Arabic hour markers of special interest?
Thanks again.

Hello, Omega was used to many dial variations for the same model at this period. I wouldn't say it changes its value or make it particularly unique.
