Hi everyone, I hope you may be able to help. I inherited a 1940’s Omega watch 10 years ago and the time has come to part with it. Could anyone provide any information to me regarding the model and possible sale value? I think the casing is gold.

It would be better to have a picture of the movement and inside of the caseback.

If that was owned by one of your relatives and you can't find another to take it, I will be very sad.

Because of some condition issues. the value is mainly in the gold. If it has sentimental value to another family member, perhaps they can buy it from you for the scrap value.

I concur.
