Small update on the watch - left it at https://balticwatches.com who promised to do servicing and total overhaul of the watch. They promised not to touch the case and dial, will polish the glass to get rid of couple light scratches on it, clean and oil the watch, make it waterproof again, and do everything according to Omega servicing standards (they are Omega certified).

Got the watch back serviced and glass polished. Bought a "Fury" strap from SteveoStraps. I think this is the best matching strap for this kind of watch. Not sure if this is the best watch for this kind of strap ;D.

Sourced original NOS seconds friction springs and replaced non-original one, now movement is 100% as it should be 😀.

While still thinking about selling this watch, I stumbled across this old 16mm strap with 14mm buckle on ebay, description claims it's from 1940ties (at least it looks like one), so couldn't resist. I already have black Omega strap in NOS condition, so period correct original signed buckle will be a nice addition. Not that you can easily find one for reasonable price (see https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Omega-Rare-old-vintage-stainless-steel-buckle-mm14-signed-at-back-1940-50/323817700194).

Yes, that's why I wrote that its not easy to find it REASONABLY priced. Also that overpriced one somehow doesn't give me a feeling that it's a perfect match for my watch.
