With screw down jewels and a very fine micro regulator, it was a top runner

Through the BLURRINESS, I believe I see OMEGA.

If so, take the serial number on the movement to google for an Omega serial number lookup page for a date range.

Probably no model name....and gillions in Google images to compare it to, all manufactures made small PW for the ladies.

An Omega movement (possibly a caliber 13'''S15P, introduced in 1896).
Cased in an American made Waltham case ("Cashier" was a grade of Waltham cases).
Vitreous enamel dial with Roman numerals and blued steel "Poire" style hands.
Movement serial dates the movement to approx 1900.

With that movement in 1900, I would bet it original was housed by an 18kt gold case.

Imported, well finished movement and a Waltham case? Someone shelled out for this back in the day.

Looking at the case around the dog screws I wouldn't be surprised if that case was original.
