·I think it's ok. I see what you mean about the S but although the rounded S is usually later it does appear on some early Seamasters. Here's an example that was sold on here: https://omegaforums.net/threads/seamaster-2767-waffle-dial.24076/

·I also think the "Seamaster" text is fine. There was a discussion in this thread and I'd say this is similar to mine with 13.8 million serial.
