    hi finally got time to take detailed pics of this omega constellation for French market. Originally it came fitted with "feb sussi " dial . There are some questions on the case back markings .     Here's mine,

    The inside case back looks much tidier, it almost looks to me like your medallion was a later addition, or as though the observatory has been stamped in?

    The French hallmarks are OK (faded but likely correct eagle heads and the maker's logo into a lozenge).

    But the medallion is very likely a replacement and maybe a fake. So I guess the case back is not original to the watch.

    The case back seems to be original and is perfect fit .
    Medallion is not correct as per the other examples

    Your are probably right. So the dial may not be original as well.
