I recently messaged an eBay/Chrono24 seller from Germany about a ruined watch, in this case it was the second watch he refinished to death - turned small sharp edges to large oval corners, he replied to me in my local language and was very pissed
But it's good to agitate sellers like this and press onto their wounds, to protect other watches, so well done getting blocked by the seller. Otherwise from their perception, whatever they do, whether it's wrong refinishing or straight up polishing, they think it's a good thing and what people want
