Hey Guys,

Wanted to get some input on a potential buy that I am eyeing. Dial seems original with aging consistent throughout. Correct hands and markers. Wrong crown, but pretty typical with these. Looks like its been polished but in fair shape. Supposed to be serviced.

Thanks!

To my relatively untrained eye, everything seems to check out except that the crown is not original, as you mentioned.

Think you’ve identified most points well, wrong crown , case is a little bit soft but certainly not awful. Dial has more pitting than I’d like.

What colour is the dial? Is it silver? The lighting is making it look pink.

Ultimately it depends on the asking price but personally I’d pass and wait on a better example (unless it’s cheap and you just want to have a daily watch you don’t have to baby too much)

Unless there is something goofy with the picture, the minute markers are all over the place. So either there is some extensive distortion going on with either the photo or crystal, or this is possibly mildly repainted. I'd have to see a few more angles of the dial to be sure.

As you mentioned, case is soft.

Only two additional pictures they had for now

56 and 57 look wonky in both, as does 41 and 42. 17 seems not to be aligned either.

Honestly, the more I look at them, the more it seems that the angle, length, and position of the minute markers is really inconsistent. Perhaps that is normal and I've missed something, but it leaves me suspicious.

I feel like the minute markers should all be at the edge. Here's a pic for reference.

Thanks that super helpful. I feel like the minute markers has been the most challenging piece as I have seen some models perfect and others slightly imperfect. I appreciate all your feedback!

Bubbles all over the dial, are they covered by paint???

Does the Constellation 'e' touches the crosshair??? I think it shouldn't...

The more I look at the 'e' the markers and the paint i think this may be a redial... I reached out to the seller on the points. Stay tuned...
