166.0131 cosmic goo

Recently took a little punt on this one online. The listing had bad photos but a fairly low price.
It arrived and I’ve had a bit of a Hit and Miss.

Miss: sadly dial is a bit rubbish and there’s a lot of gasket goo to clean up but on the Hit side it came with a tidy 1171 bracelet.

this watch is one of the ones that pops out of the case as a kind of sandwich deal. I’m thinking to clean it up a bit and enjoy a rugged beater watch for a while.
