Could someone help me see if everything's all right with this watch, it's my first time posting here and I have no experience with omegas, thanks for the help.

 

Welcome! I assume by alright you mean that the watch is worth buying.

I suspect the experts will want some closer shots of the dial and movement.

Make sure to read the "Learn to fish" thread. That is a great guide.

There appear to be rotor rub marks on the rotor and inside case back. It will need a service to fix this issue.

 

Where do you see those? (Sorry, just trying to learn for myself)

 

I'm just learning myself.... on the rotor above the Omega legend the finish on the edge is rough and looks unfinished.

There are corresponding wear marks - circular lines on the inside of the case back above the acier legend. I cropped the OP's photo to show the marks on the inside of the caseback. The semi-circular line that appears above the acier legend and then starts and stops looks to me like rotor rub marks from the high point on the rotor.

The dial looks original to me. So do the hands and the crystal (Omega sign in the center).
